My name is Heather Marriott. Ever since I was a young child I have loved to dance and listen to music.  In fact, music & dance are two things that have stuck with me throughout my life. Whether it was jamming out as a young child, experiencing my own taste of tunes as a young adult, or  creating memories with my own family. They were all the reasons I became so passionate about Zumba.  The music and good times would always lead me to a good Zumba class.   It’s that special little treat I would try to give myself.  For one hour I could work on myself with others whom enjoyed the class as much as I did, while having a blast doing so.  We all have busy lives with obligations to meet.  Going to a fitness class is a decision in which you will achieve health goals that will benefit you throughout all areas of your life.  With the results I have achieved, I was lead to become certified to teach Strong by Zumba, and Zumba. All Shapes Fitness is here so anyone at any level can join the Zumba Fun!

Zumba is an exercise class packed with aerobic movements to energetic music. You get to let loose and have fun to today’s top music. Let your hair down, or put it up, and lets dance!!!

Strong by Zumba is a High Intensity Tempo Training class. What that means is its a full body workout designed to the tempo of music created by Zumba.   Music fuels this workout allowing you to feel every beat. You are stronger than you think, lets make it count!!
